Summary	0022929: Tactic not giving the correct heal increase percentage (25%)
Description	Tactic is Grace of Sigmar (lifetap healing increased by 25%) Sigmar Radiance on dummy with tactic non crt = 1284 Sigmar Radiance on dummy with/out tactic non crt = 1155 numbers show that the increase is 10% not 25% Thanks,
