Summary0022994: Already applied dot's are being parried.
DescriptionI have noticed recently that applied dot's are being parried, for instance I had Guilty Soul up on a chosen ticking away and one tick got parried. How can you parry a dot tick or even if it was parrying a new application of the dot that's still not OK. I understand a tick being disrupted but it's simply should not be possible to parry a dot or a tick.

There is a reason the game has so many different types of damage and defense, no one type of defense should cover all damage types, parry/block/dodge for melee, disrupt for spells. Dodge/block/parry should work for some spells like projectiles but dots? No dots should only be disruptable or resisted.
Steps To ReproduceApply dots to any high parry class, should be easy to see.

I couldn't replicate it, nonetheless I made a change so it definitly shouldn't be possible to happen anymore. Will be implemented next patch.
