Summary | 0022994: Already applied dot's are being parried.
Description | I have noticed recently that applied dot's are being parried, for instance I had Guilty Soul up on a chosen ticking away and one tick got parried. How can you parry a dot tick or even if it was parrying a new application of the dot that's still not OK. I understand a tick being disrupted but it's simply should not be possible to parry a dot or a tick. There is a reason the game has so many different types of damage and defense, no one type of defense should cover all damage types, parry/block/dodge for melee, disrupt for spells. Dodge/block/parry should work for some spells like projectiles but dots? No dots should only be disruptable or resisted.
Steps To Reproduce | Apply dots to any high parry class, should be easy to see.

I couldn't replicate it, nonetheless I made a change so it definitly shouldn't be possible to happen anymore. Will be implemented next patch.
