Summary	0022996: Abilities are on cooldown but icons don't show cooldown timer.
Description	As the summary says abilities that are actually on cooldown have their icons not show any timer so makes it really hard to track your cooldowns. I have seen this happen mainly on my zealot with rituals/embrace the warp/fortitude. I'm not sure what is the cause of this since it doesn't not happen all the time.

Stinksuit 2024-07-09 11:52 reporter ~0043835	I noticed from some video captures I have that using ability and then getting cc'd right after like getting punted did often make the bug occur. Will do more testing when possible.
