Summary0023011: Wounds Debuff - Various Issues
DescriptionGenerally spoken the way any wounds debuff before ability rework system was that it reduced the wounds of the target for a given time. After expiration you are restored back to the value you'd normally have. Now every class given this ability does actually morale damage because even if the wounds debuff is removed either by expiring or by cleansing it doesn't restore the hp back that you lost. As an example: A slayer debuffs you causing your maximum hp to be reduces by 1520 HP - this also means he actually did 1520 morale damage when ability hits because after expiration you are left with your regular max hp -1520. If we continue this example it would mean that a healer who is cleansing the wounds debuff would actually kill himself faster, because it would then mean someone can again apply a wounds debuff on the target as the debuff doesn't stack - but it does another portion of damage. This is clearly not how these kind of debuffs should work.

Additionally the BG wounds debuff caused by the the hastened doom tactic actually counts as a "buff" on a which means its not removeable by any chance which eventually means its causing 1140 morale damage on crit and reducing the wounds for the given time without counterplay to it. Here additionally needs to be checked if this as "Buff" counting debuff is actually stacking with other sources of wounds debuff.

Checked today again-

It should be Hextype
