Summary	0023026: Mount from the Hardly Fast quest
Description	This is regarding the mount you get from the quest in the subject line, which is supposed to move at 50% speed and have a 75% chance to be dismounted on damage. The original mount we start with says it moves at 25% movement speed, and has a 100% chance to be dismounted. This mount moves at the same rate as the character moves on foot. I was grouped with a friend who had the level 2 mount we all start with, and he moved twice as fast as me. Quite frustrating seeing as I had to get a group and run all over T1 Empire to obtain this mount, which is completely worthless.
