Looking at the old ability viewer (https://war-abilityviewer.dalen.io/ability/8507) it looks like the tactic was implemented by adding 100% block/parry/disrupt/dodge strike-through. However, the tank is using Shield Wall which - according to the old ability viewer (https://war-abilityviewer.dalen.io/ability/611) adds 100% block chance which basically negates the block strike-through bonus from the tactic. The tactic should probably be updated to say "virtually undefendable" or the strike-through bonus needs to be increased significantly. |

It should work like every other undefendable skill and do what the tooltip describes. |
