Summary0023136: [PTS] Incorrect damage listed for tooltip of Oath Rune of Power
DescriptionThe damage on the ability tooltip and the granted buff tooltip says it does 1345 elemental damage over 5 seconds instead of the correct damage. On a R40 naked Rune Priest with no mastery it was actually doing 41 damage per tick. I have not checked the tooltip of the Zealot version (Mark of Daemonic Fury)
