Summary	0023152: Incorrect tooltip on Mark of the Vortex
Description	During the PTS testing Mark of the Vortex was first changed to reduce incoming damage (didn't stack with detaunt) and then changed to give an absorb shield. However the tooltip still mentions not stacking with detaunt, so now it looks like the absorb does not stack with detaunt which makes no sense. The "This does not stack with Detaunt" needs to be removed.

Omegus 2024-08-22 20:55 reporter ~0044093	Update: according to Zumos and the patch notes, this is supposed to reduce damage from ranged and magic attacks but the tooltip only says ranged so that needs fixing. I have not tested to see if the ability is actually absorbing the correct attack types.
