Summary	0023154: ScriptRuntimeException error when using the Skull of Ograrand
Description	The Skull of Ograrand is a hidden item available in IC which you can use and functions like a magic 8-ball, i.e. you "ask" a question and it gives you a random answer. I have just tried to use it and got this error: [Zomega] says: ScriptRuntimeException: chunk_16:(10,15-220): cannot access field SystemData of userdata<WorldServer.Scripting.MoonSharp.ChatLogFilters>
Steps To Reproduce	1) Put the Skull of Ograrand in your inventory 2) Drag to hotbar as an ability 3) Use the item/ability
