Summary	0023157: RP/Zealot Offensive Sov 7pc is only proccing on a single target with AoE spells
Description	The 7pc bonus - On HIt: 10% chance to increase target's chance to be critically hit by 7% for 10 seconds - is only applying to one target. Kept hitting Dummies with AoE and checking them all one by one after each attack, and it is indeed only proccing on one at a time. Inquired if its an intended interaction and as far as that Dev was aware, it is not intended. So yeah. Let me buff my WB's damage at the cost of 79 Wounds that i won't take from Triumph 3pc.

dalen 2024-08-23 11:45 manager ~0044102	on hit procs only apply to the target you are hitting. This has a 10% chance on each target hit to apply to that target, not to all targets.
