Summary	0023161: Stats proc (initiative) via Vict/triumphant (Procc "Endure") is not showing increased parry on parry info.
Description	It shows the increased value of it , same as for ctbc, if mousover is used on initiative. Did not test if it is not working or just a visual bug on the parry info.
Steps To Reproduce	Proccing Endure, the Ini buff and looking at parry chance. (most likely the same issue with many other stats buffs)

vipevox 2024-08-23 08:34 reporter ~0044100	The parry boost does not work when glory points are invested in Initiative. It also doesn't work with WE kisses or buffs from the Victorious set. Critical hit chance reduction works as it should. The Getstat command also does not show an increase in parry rates from initiative.
