Summary	0023189: Rupert - Zonmbie mob not spawning
Description	Rupert the Zombie mob for unlock Loop Back is not spawning at around 40,40 in Avelorn anymore
Steps To Reproduce	Check back several times on different characters. Have previous got this unlock in this location. Wiki info was correct and showing implemented. "Instructions: Order & Destruction Kill 'Rupert', the rank 27 zombie, in Avelorn at 40.5k 41.3k."
