Summary0023194: Devour Essence not working as intended. Can not be applied outside of grp anymore and bugs out if you do so.
DescriptionDevour Essence, an ability that should be able to be used on any friendly target in range, can only be used on yourself or a group member (wb not tested).
If you use it on a friendly target which is not part of your grp, it gets activated and a cooldown but only shows the animation briefly on your own character without granting the ability. (Animation duration 0,5sec or so)
Steps To ReproduceUsing the ability Devour Essence on a friendly target which is NOT part of your grp.
Additional InformationPrior to this bug it worked on any friendly enemy as the tooltip states.

Just got someone to help me to test it in a WB setting. Does not work on friendly targets in other groups. Seems it works only on party members of your own group. (same problem as mentioned above, animations of the skill fires off and is used and on cooldown afterwards. Effect/ability not happening).
