| Description | The bloodlord set for WE got the last set bonus proc effect with block. As blocking WE are not a thing (pwetty pls make it happen), I would assume it is a bug and not a suggestion to change it. |

| Additional Information | I would suggest to grant the Bloodlord set the same proc effect as Vale Valker (10% parry, dodge, disrupt but no block). |
