Summary	0023208: Bloodlord set for WE grants the defensive proc with block.
Description	The bloodlord set for WE got the last set bonus proc effect with block. As blocking WE are not a thing (pwetty pls make it happen), I would assume it is a bug and not a suggestion to change it.
Steps To Reproduce	Looking at Bloodlord set.
Additional Information	I would suggest to grant the Bloodlord set the same proc effect as Vale Valker (10% parry, dodge, disrupt but no block).

Zumos 2025-01-20 14:35 developer ~0046010	It's not a bug, it is a design choice to have a defense proc "On Being Hit" rather than "On Defense". The fact that it also gives block is irrelevant as you require a shield to block.
