Summary0023231: RP tactics Extended Battle and Potent Runes only affect abilities cast on self
DescriptionExtended Battle only extends Rune of Battle cast on self. Utterly useless given the long stationary cast time, it is pretty much never cast on self.

Potent Runes has same issue, only counts on granted abilities on self. Very much not worth.
Steps To ReproduceHave tactic, cast on someone else.

If it is still an issue, will be fixed next patch:

Updated tactic with https://bugs.returnofreckoning.com/view.php?id=23513. Seems to no longer occur.
