Summary0023256: Spellbreaker damage bug
DescriptionThe Slayer ability Spellbreaker is currently bugged. It does not do damage the way it should, or at least, not the way the tooltip reads.
Steps To ReproduceHit anyone with Spellbreaker that has an absorb, enchant, or blessing, and read the combat log.

The bug seems to be the tooltip damage for the dispel portion, which appears to be scaling based on stats/weapon damage. However, looking at https://war-abilityviewer.dalen.io/ability/1462 shows that the dispel damage does NOT scale based on stats nor weapon damage.
