Summary	0023259: The commands ]bag and ]rvr don't work
Description	Both ]bag and ]rvr return 'Command Error: Invalid Command' instead of the bag bonuses and the state of the RvR lakes, respectively.
Steps To Reproduce	Type ]bag or ]rvr in /say chat.
Tags	No tags attached.
