Summary0023263: Onslaught setpieces doesnt give vanquisher wards
DescriptionToK will confirm that you have the onslaught pieces but it doesnt give you a vanquisher ward for the piece. I have tried taking the pieces off and on again without luck getting the vanquisher ward.
Steps To ReproducePut on an onslaught piece
Additional InformationThese are old onslaught pieces, it could be that people getting new pieces dont have this issue.

I dont get the ward because if I did it would allow me to buy triumphant pieces.

Yes I do got all 5 unlocked, still doesnt allow me to buy triumphant.

the ward check should be fixed in the next patch; trying to figure out how to get the fragment to light up
