Figured out why it didn't work... Step to reproduce: 1. Equip full or 4 peace of Onslaught Set. 2. Equip another item with Pilfer proc ('Fate of Tolya' for me, 2h sword from Sigmar crypts) 3. Remove another item with Pilfer proc. 4. Attack several mobs. 5. Wait for 2-3 min. 6. Look combat log, no more Pilfer procs from Onslaught Set. 7. Pilfer from Onslaught Set works again after relog. |

I would suspect the double proc bonus might not work if that's the case. Also I'm pretty sure Pilfer used to be unmitigatable before the ability patch. |
