Summary0023290: Shaman tactic - pass it on
DescriptionShaman 1st tactic from mork tree "pass jt on" tactic doesnt proc from dsu. At the tooltip clearly say 25% to heal on all healing from mork tree. So it should have a chance to proc from each dsu tick. Currently it doesnt proc initial cast, neither from hot ticks.
On the 2 sec big st heal works, didnt test on gork fixd it (it should on initial and on each tick), gheal and shrug it off

It seems like the tooltip should state "direct heal", if HoTs triggered this tactic it would be incredibly broken.

Being op, not so much. At war was the highest tactic from mork tree
It is not op cos the random nature of random small heal ticks make it
Not worth it eps considering how tactic hungry is shaman
