DescriptionGift of Monstrosity does not increase the healing you recieve by 10%.

Steps To ReproduceNeed a healer to test this thoroughly:

1: Log mara and a healer
2: Get a baseline heal from a hot or st heal
3: Compare non-crit heals with and without the marauder having the Gift of Monstrosity proc.
4: .Getstats shows "IncomingHeal", but this stat seem to do nothing.
5. To confirm this, get a pie("Pickerel 'n' Peas Pie") with 10% increased healing and repeat from step 2.

looks to me like the bug is the pie :) ... the pie is fixed pending next patch
