Summary	0023354: Blackguard tactic "Monstrous Ruin" lists abilities BG doesn't have?
Description	The first tactic in path of malice named "Monstrous Ruin" says "Blade of Ruin and Monstrous Rending both cost 10 less Hate to use." Blackguards do not have an attack of Blade of Ruin. Is possible meant to be used with Crimson Death?
