Summary0023380: Hardly Fast quest reward horse is slower than starting horse
DescriptionDid hardly fast quest with a high level player helping me, the quest horse is 25 speed slower than the starting horse, when its advertised to be 25 speed faster.

Difficulty replicating this bug. I have encountered it on live server, but seems to be intermittent.
Please confirm that issue persists.

This depends on the player level I believe, if you are < 16 the mount gives you no bonus speed at all.

This issue has been resolved, this will be pushed to the live server in the next patch.
