Are you sure an order player put it up and it wasn't already there? I tried to repro this by placing an order oil at outer with no effect. |

It was our keep to begin with so not sure how their oil could have been there unless it was from many hours before the zone reset |

Yeah I am thinking it was deployed after a previous zone lock (if that's even possible) and somehow persisted while the zone was locked. I'll play around with this next time the test server is online. |

Should be fixed in the next patch assuming its the issue where its a remnant from an old zonelock |
