Summary	0023397: Order quest "Throng Regulations" available to Destro characters
Description	The quest Throng Regulations in Barak Varr is available to Destruction characters, even though from what I can tell it is obviously a Dwarf-themed quest, mentioning Dwarf NPCs and the like. While probably not intended, I can hardly say no to free dyes... Even if they're Dwarf dyes.
Steps To Reproduce	1) head to the bottom right corner of the Barak Varr map. 2) interact with the Marshroad Supplies behind a tree in the Beastmen Camp. 3) Accept quest. Etc
