Summary	0023466: Nimosar boss unkillable
Description	The last phase of the nimosar public quest, the boss is not taking any damages. To be fair, it take damage, we see how much damage each attack does, but it health bar doesn't move one bit.
Steps To Reproduce	Each time you fight the last stage, apparently

Emissary 2024-10-28 01:53 manager ~0045012	i was able to kill him, the only thing i could see is that he gets a armor buff of 1800 that has to be shattered and at your level you cant shatter that. I took that off of him, but he is killable.
