I kill the beast and earn my accessory-reward but in the overview of Questbook the quest is open and I had no influence from the quest, so I can't get the cape-reward. I do many of the other quests, so that is disappointing.
Kill the beast again doesn't help and the marker on the map are disappeared.
The live event task is to kill the bloodbeast, not complete the quest; the quest just tells you where to go. If many people attacked the bloodbeast, contribution goes to the bigger party.
