Summary	0023518: PQ boss does not attack PC
Description	For the Public Quest: Grave Diggers-Stage 3 in Troll Country, the "boss" named Rhizha will sometimes not attack PC. I have run the Public Quest 3 times in a row and on the first and third run Rhizha would aggro to my character and would not attack.
