I can confirm that, the PQ is bugged and you cannot burn the tents at stage - I.
Its unfortunate, because there is a nice quest "Hardly Fast" thats connected to it (for faster mount at low rank).

I think i am being trolled now, lol, 8th bug report on this. Please, please, please search for a bug report before making one. I love you all, please please please ... its been fixed just waiting on @Max to push
