| Description | All the proc effects on weapons are only applied to the closest target to player, when he uses an AoE attack with this weapon. The chance to proc is the same if he would attack with a single target ability. 25% heal debuff proc, all the damage procs, toughness steal proc - nothing applies to other targets. Here is the video of this issue: https://youtu.be/_kXDleROVS0 I'm considering this a bug, because the other procs, for example 4 triumphant piece proc, or Flames of Ruin proc from Bright Wizard, are working on all the targets that were hit with an AoE attack. | ||||
