Summary	0023581: Siphoned Energy
Description	Chosen tactic "Siphoned Energy" is still bugged. The tactic procs and heals, but the 30% movement buff (5 sec) does not apply.
Steps To Reproduce	I've tested it in Warbands, small scale and in the arena.

Zumos 2024-11-26 12:45 developer ~0045400	Siphoned Energy functions correctly, but unlike Avalanche and Endless Pursuit it didn't show the speed buff on yourself. I have changed it to now show the speed buff on yourself.
