The dead wolf npc "Norscan Wolf" is not providing t1 empire players with the ap regen pocket item "wolfs paw" and the white wolf fur you need to obtain one of the t1 jewlery items is also not right clickable in the quest tab to then convert it to white wolf fur cloak.
