| Description | In the quest Beacon of Hope on Blackwood Hill Garrison the NPC you have to kill Lordling Kandroth is already spawned. The quest asks you to use the Horn of Challenge to spawn that NPC to defeat and finish the quest. I tried to use the Horn everywhere around the area but doesn't work. So basically you do step 2 without being able to do step 1 thus the quest can't continue, | ||||
