DescriptionAs in summary, For The Witch King! is not reducing CD of tactic effected Infernal Wave. Infernal Wave cooldown stays at 5s even with For The Witch King! buff.

That had to have been added within the past week, or it wasn't operating properly prior, as FTWK! was allowing for GCD spam of Infernal Wave on tactic as late as Nov 25 2024, based on experience.

It seems to behave this way since at least 2020: https://www.returnofreckoning.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=40389&start=20#p432616 - not ruling out that is was bugged (and now fixed) since then though.
