Summary	0023688: AAO has inconsistent values, sometimes does not apply
Description	AAO is mostly working again, however the number on SoR and the number on the buff are inconsistent, often by 7% but sometimes more. Additionally, several players including myself somehow lost the buff in the lakes and it did not seem to reapply until zoning. I would imagine apathy is similarly affected.
