| Summary | 0023701: Vicious Strikes (4 tri proc on dps) toughness reduction. | ||||
| Description | Vicious Strikes proc has two components: increase WS of dps player, and reduce the toughness of his target. Using AoE ability with this proc can only reduce toughness of only one target, no matter how many targets you hit. Here is the video of this issue: https://youtu.be/vATulxqWgrA It may be connected to proc still not having individual cooldown, and having only global. Chanse to get WS buff seem to be correct, and increases with the ammount of targets that were hit. | ||||
