0023709: [Order - Barak Varr - PQ] Gudrim's Veterans Arrer Boys don't attack back when damaged
Description
It seems that the Arrer boys will always stay put and will not attack you if you stay away and use a ranged attack. They may attack you if you get close but will not chase you and will not regen health if you stop attacking them.
Steps To Reproduce
- Use an order character and attack the Bloody Sun Arrer Boy from the Gudrim's Veterans PQ in Barak Varr
