| Description | For the quest Murder Wood, I need to inspect a 'Foul Rune'. I can find a 'Herdstone' in the questarea, but, though my cursor changes into a grabbing hand, I can not interact (inspect) with the 'Herdstone'.
Also there is a target ring on the ground around the 'Herdstone' and the 'Herdstone' is my target.

| Steps To Reproduce | I tried relogging after 10 mins or so, but still all grabbing and to interacting. :-)
I tried different distances, approuching from different sides, and tried interacting with the stones around the 'Herdstone'. |
