Thanks for letting us know and for the screenshot! Were you able to take the items repeatedly, or was it just a visual bug in the mail? Unsure on the cause for this one, so going to leave this ticket open in case others spot the same issue down the road. |

This also just happened to me - same mail, the renown rank 10 reward. Received it twice, was able to take the reward both times, so I received double rewards. Identical to the situation above. It was on a newly created marauder (Shackem, if it's helpful), and I didn't log out at all. Possibly relevant stuff: I hit RR 10 through a zone lock - nordland I hadn't read the previous mail (the first renown one, I think it is), so had a total of 3 items in my mailbox when I came to it Hadn't taken any quests or anything, I literally just war reported to nordland the moment I spawned in at level 1 and started fighting. |
