Summary0023797: Major Renown Bug - Opposite Faction Capture/Leaving zone
DescriptionBug: Major Renown award upon leaving contested zone that is being taken by opposite faction (enhanced with AAO).
Steps To Reproduce1) Play in "Contested" zone.
2) Opposite Faction takes over Zone and wins it
3) Leave zone before renown tick
4) Be awarded Winning renown tick + AAO count
5) Displayed renown isn't accurate and shouldn't be for losing the zone. It appears swapping zone before the tick happens is bugged and counts as a win of the zone.
Additional InformationCheck 23/12/2024 at 11:00-11:25 am AST zone time - Praag zone lock while on other zones like Avelorn. Track renown gains.

Rewards for losing a zone were increased significantly with the Victory Points change, so higher rewards for losing under AAO are expected now. However there may be a bug where you can fly to a pairing with high AAO before the zone lock, resulting in the renown bonus using the AAO from your current zone instead of the locking zone. I haven't been able to get enough data to confirm this though.
