Descriptionwent into gb.
had a bag mailed to me from the dungeon.
clicked on the mail to collect the loot but my bag was overflowing so the mail decided to delete the letter with contents inside.
must be looked into immediately.

Additional Informationdid a /release nothing, relogged nothing came back.

this is a known bug, if bag is full it will delete the item and you can not get it back. Make sure your bag is not full would be the only suggestion I have for now. Main bag full and you will lose all items you get from then on if it goes to a seperate bag ie crafting or crests etc
