Summary0023840: Cannot learn Focused Mind with RR Points on a RR84 character
DescriptionWhen trying to purchase Focused Mind from RR Trainer, system error spits out "You're not high enough rank." and will not allow to learn the skill. It is the only skill I am not able to purchase on my 84RR BW.
