It's a bug, if you get a critical you must reset the entire talisman making session, or it will not produce +24s any more. I've run into this too, I'll see if I can look into it. |

I'm having trouble reproducing this. Are you absolutely sure all your other crafting materials were also level 200? |

I tried after relog and reliquary works again. But yes i'm 100% sure all was lvl200 |

Did you do anything else craft related in the session where it didn't work, such as leveling any crafting/gathering profession or similar? |

I think I found the issue, it's related to swapping the container. Do you remember if you did that? |
