Summary	0023863: bosses being locked out despite lockout having expired
Description	Ran gunbad dungeon but didnt get any bags and quest progress on the main bosses. Bosses not counting toward the quests still dropped bags. Had a about 5 min left on the lockout for the last boss when i started but it was expired by the time i got to him and it still blocked me from getting loot on all previous main bosses. According to other party members they had no lockout of their own and it showed it as such in their respective chat.
Steps To Reproduce	run gunbad with a few min left on the lockout of the last boss
