| Description | When killing dark rider NPC drops orders to start questline for book which does not happen for me. |

| Steps To Reproduce | After killing NPC and clicking on quest item, the quest does not start I in turn destroyed the quest item and attempted to kill NPC again which resulted in the same result. Issue persist after attempting 4 times. |

| Additional Information | In conjunction when clicking rubble pile to start quest " An Unknown Fate" for item Dandalia's star shaped locket the rubble pile does not generate the quest. |
