Summary0024082: Quest "Tor Elyr must fall" cannot be finished
DescriptionYou should kill defenders, then take banner down. Did both. Quest is marked as finished in the tome. Text says "Click on the Tor Elyr Banner to finish the quest". I did, quest does not finish.
Steps To ReproduceAbandon quest and try again. Same thing.
