Summary	0024082: Quest "Tor Elyr must fall" cannot be finished
Description	You should kill defenders, then take banner down. Did both. Quest is marked as finished in the tome. Text says "Click on the Tor Elyr Banner to finish the quest". I did, quest does not finish.
Steps To Reproduce	Abandon quest and try again. Same thing.

Nevermore2000 2025-04-30 17:28 reporter ~0046559	By the way: Still open. Tried it on another character. Stuck at the same step. I am at the banners. I click on them, they are removed to the flag post, quest shows as finished and that's it. Cannot turn in in anywhere and nothing else to click in quest items to finish this quest.
