This also affects Sorcs and Blackguard (and probably too IB), its like their ressources are always being drained like if youre out of combat but all the time. |

confirmed this is affecting bg/ib as well. On my BG my hate starts falling to 0 after a few seconds, and no matter what abilities I use it keeps going down until it hits 0. |

Marking as resolved as of Hotfix 3/25/25. Will keep open for a little bit incase any other users report this issue still being in affect. |
