0024181: Tactic: Bound by Blood (+25% more heal on crit) not working.
Description
The following tactic won't increase the healing part of Transfer Essence, Consume Essence or Khaines Force.
Tested multiple times. With or without the tactic, the healing part of the shield abilties stays the same.
(also 0 effect on the liftap part)
(According to the ingame combat log > overhealing numbers)
Transfer Essence, Consume Essence and Khaines Force use damage stats to determine their healing. This also means you need melee crit to gain additional critical healing chance and critical damage for increased critical heals.
