Summary	0024190: Cannot get the Empire pocket quest from the droppable quest item from mob named Demahaar.
Description	I've never done the Empire pocket quests, and my quest log is not full. But if i try to use the quest item that Demahaar drops, nothing happens. I've deleted it twice and killed him again, and got the quest item. Still no luck when I right click, nothing.
